This is my version of the hand drawn plan for the ancillary task.
In my advert I tried to stick to the theme of refraction as much as possible. This is shown in the advert due to the lines running throughout, similar to the album cover. I carried over the way the text was written on top of the thicker lines in the album cover, with the title above and the album name below. I also kept the colour of the text the same; having only the album name in bright red allows it to stand out more compared to the black writing. This would allow the audience to immediately link the two together as they have a strong running theme between them.
The focus point of the advert is the main image of Isaac. He is the front member of the band being the lead singer, as such I felt it would be appropriate to have him taking up the majority of the poster using rule of thirds. This would allow the consumer to recognise him throughout the bands pieces, such as in the music video and on the album cover. This also helps to sell the band members to the audience.
