Brief: This is an analysis of a music video by Vampire Weekend. This has been done to get a more specific understanding of the conventions used within the genre of Indie/Alternative, as well as find why these conventions are done. Significant techniques within the micro-elements of the media language (cinematography, editing, mise-en-scene) were also identified.
